Trastra Verification How-To & FAQ

Trastra is a modern solution to a modern issue – crypto enthusiasts want to spend their hard-earned BTC in physical stores. Unfortunately, most of the world still hasn’t caught on… until Trastra. They offer an incredibly simple means for users to convert, trade, and spend cryptocurrency in both physical and online merchants.

But, verification is the first major hurdle for that – so we’re talking Trastra verification today and giving a few handy guides.

Trastra Verification 101

First up is the actual process of verification. Trastra has made this super simple (thankfully), so it won’t take very long. After we’ve gotten you a quick guide, we’ll answer a few questions – so buckle up; it’s gonna be a quick one today.

Step-by-Step Guide to Trastra Verification

Considering that Trastra works with the money of millions of users each year, it makes sense that they require verification.

Luckily, those familiar with the registration process will already know that Trastra has streamlined the process very well. Once you’ve collected the bits below, you’ll be finished with verifying in a matter of minutes – roughly 20, to be specific.

Before beginning the verification process, you’ll need to collect a few things:

  • Your phone for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
  • Your permanent address – this must be listed on a valid form of ID.
  • A valid, government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, military ID, etc.)

Now – once those are gathered, we can move on to actually verifying your account with the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Trastra app
  2. Go to your dashboard and click “Continue Account Verification” (it’ll be clear as day at the top)
  3. Select your preferred language and country, and establish biometric authentication (if desired)
  4. Enter your phone number and select “Send Me Code.” Enter the 4-digit code and continue.
  5. Fill in your address the same as it was above.
    • If your address is different from that listed previously (or on your documents), the process will fail. Be careful and enter it properly.
  6. Click “Next” and upload your documents.
    • You’ll be asked to select the issuing country and type of document.
  7. Allow the app camera access and take a photo of your documents, followed by a selfie.
  8. Click “Accept” and wait!

Generally, this process only takes 20 minutes or so – though it can take up to 48 hours. Be patient, wait for the approval, and you’ll have full, unrestricted access to your Trastra account and card.

Trastra Verification FAQ

Can I use Trastra without verification?

You can use Trastra without verification, but the use is extremely limited.

Can I send money on Trastra without verification?

Yes, you can send money on Trastra without verification (to other Trastra users).

You will be unable to remove or convert funds until you have verified your account.

Why did Trastra reject my documents?

Trastra generally doesn’t reject documents. If they do, it’s due to either a typo, inaccurate information, or a mismatch between previously entered information and the provided verification document. Should they be rejected, though, Trastra will clearly tell you why it was rejected so you can resolve the issue.

To prevent a document rejection, both EwalletUpgrades and Trastra highly recommend that you:

  • Double-check all addresses, numbers, and names for misspellings.
  • Carefully enter current information to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide the same information during verification that you did during registration.

In other words, don’t provide different names, countries of residence, or addresses.

With all said and done, Trastra verification is incredibly simple. It allows you to complete the process in a matter of minutes, requires very little on your part, and is super easy to understand. While it can be a bit confusing at first glance, it ultimately requires only a few things from you – a name, email, phone number, and ID document. That’s really very little to ask…
